The death has occurred of Mary Cooney, Waterloo, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan, peacefully, at her residence, on March 31st, in her 92nd year, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband John. Much loved mother of Mary, Breda, Rose, Paudie, Carmel, John, Michael and Paul. Deeply regretted by her loving sons and daughters, her brother John Magee, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, good neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her residence until Easter Sunday, with removal to St. Mary’s Church, Clanaphilip, for Funeral Mass at 12.30pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery

Peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff at Carechoice Nursing Home, Trim after a long illness. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband of 59 years Frank, her daughters Fiona (Segrave) and Marie (Higgins) and son Tony, sons-in-law Peter and Kevin and daughter-in-law Anna. Beloved granny of Jamie, Thomas, Sarah, Charlie, Billy, Rose, John and Brian. Nan will be greatly missed by her loving family, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family.
